We sign up and engage in our arrangement. - Step 5: Planning
Working together as a team, we put the care plan into action. - Step 6: Discharge
We set up transfer to and from your loved ones’ destination by car, by ambulance, or by plane and process the long-term care insurance policy.
Once they are in their residence in New Jersey or Florida, they receive services from our certified caregivers according to the pre-arranged care plan.
